I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??

Remember one thing - If some companies are laying off employees then it's equally a good chance for the other companies to get talented resource . Here things will remain balanced mostly and there's no need to fear . Not all companies do layoff at the same time. You may end up getting a 100% hike too.
