I have 3 offers...
1) Accenture - Level 9 position (lead) - 18.5L fixed and 4L variable, 2L Joining Bonus.
2) Societe Generale - specialist pos, 17.5 fixed and rest variable
3) KPMG India, - Asst.Manager - 17.5 fixed, 2L Joining Bonus.
4) If Infosys offers 17.10L ( including variable)
Should I stay back?

I try to keep as up to date on new business wins and check on LinkedIn (job posts and searching for posts about openings), the Avail List and connect with as many recruiters as possible. But as most jobs aren’t even posted, how do you stay on top of it? I’m exhausted.

For those who moved from a client serving role to an internal role in public accounting while at a fairly high level (experienced manager or senior manager), did you take a pay cut or does your pay stay flat when you transition with minimal increases in subsequent years? I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? Does having corporate NPS account make any difference? Ultimately we get 50k additional deduction only ,right? So between an employee giving a voluntary contri of 50k to an individual nps account and another whose employer's contri 50k to corporate account will give the same benefits, isn't this understanding correct?
