2. Fis global : in pipeline CTC expected: ~30lpa (28 fixed), wfh currently, location Gurgaon FIS Global

Please suggest in terms of long term, wlb, work culture, hikes, promotion etc.

My firm paid merit increases to most employees, except me and one other individual (amongst the few people who shared this information). Therefore, this is not a company wide policy. Do I have any right in this case? It was paid out last Friday. Can companies legally do that?

Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
