Today I have HR round at Infosys and I am currently holding offer letter from Genpact 14.5 fixed + 1 lac variable and another from Impetus 14 LPA(12.5 fixed and 1.5 variable)

What can I expect from Infosys and how much should I asked as I don't know their salary component.

I joined company A 20 days back in the offer letter they mentioned designation as senior analyst and when I joined I got to know that thet gave me designation as just engineer and I am 6.5 year experienced.
I am not very comfortable with this uninformed demotion also I have another offer in hand but i haven't informed that I already joined in because I was not in that mental state.
