Last week on Saturday I gave the interview for the position of Azure support engineer, where I've cleared technical and managerial round which also went well but when the manager asked about my current CTC he didn't even ask about my expectation. Now it's been over 4 days since I've given the interview but no response from Mindtree's end. I have contacted the hiring HR and she said whenever we get the update we'll let you know upfront.

May I know what is going on?

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
