Although I’m having a completely unrelated undergrad degree (Mechanical), I’m planning on pursuing an Analytics-focused education. What would you suggest I aim for? I’m currently in Chennai, and can attend classes during weekends so offline courses are welcome too. Also, what’s a reputed university that I can attend? Any recommendations are welcome! TIA!

Hello, Am confused with a few optns in my career growth. I have 2 offers in hand 1 from a tier 3 or tier 4 comp nt a start up. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
Few of my frnds are suggested if i choose a small company my opportunities in future will narrow down when compared to a reputed. Pls can someone help here?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
