Hi folks! I’m close to 2 years at Amazon, been in tech sales for 6 years, and recently moved to a marketing position in events. I’m grateful for the opportunity to do something outside of sales, but burnout is pretty unavoidable at AWS.

I’m curious if y’all have suggestions of other companies I should consider moving to in 6 months. Comp, WLB and inclusive culture are my top ideals. I’ve thought a lot ab Google, was offered a position at Hubspot but comp wasn’t enough. Please feel free to DM!

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness.
