Hi guys, I have got an offer from Verizon. Role: MTS-3. Package: 21Lakhs (Fixed) + 12% Variable pay + 45 days of monthly salary as relocation expense + 50,000 joining bonus. YOE: 5.6 Years. Does the package look fine or shall I negotiate further?

I’m 18 yrs of exp, working at Ford in a cloud architect role with a salary of 31lpa (26 fixed + 5 variable). I’m getting offer from Bank of America with fixed ctc of 41lpa for avp designation. I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. In an effort to make my job opportunity appealing, I am asking everyone in this bowl about an appropriate job title. Is "Administrative Assistant" outdated or unappealing? I got an email last night from a 7th-grade parent because her son said I mentioned the words "male privilege" in class, and she is very concerned about how that is related to ELA (she said "reading"), and she is concerned about this being taught in public schools. Anyone using Edward Jones? Feel like we did a mistake and rolled over all my husbands retirement accounts from different employers and our kids 529 under them Jan 2020. Since then market is down and accounts lost20%. But the fees every month is pretty high around $200. I am worried to move it to fidelity or some other place and manage myself(not very confident), then I have to sell all of the Edward Jones managed funds and buy new. sell low buy low makes sense but don’t want to loose anymore.
