Role for wipro and LTI is TL. Sbi card offers Senior Project Manager (Bi-Modal Project) role. I am confused if it's a wise decision to switch to PMP role in sbi cards, considering i don't have any certifications and degrees for management role. What will the the exact roles & responsibilities? How's growth & what will be my exit options?

I’m an L&E associate entering my 5th year at a mid-sized regional law firm (approx. 400 attorneys). Barred in PA/NJ. Billed 2100 last year but my requirement is 1950. Should I try to lateral into BigLaw or should I try to go in house? Are either of those realistic options for me? I seem to be doing a significant amount of municipal law too, which is not what I expected or wanted at all. I want a life but would also hate to take a pay cut. Interested in L&E. Advice?
