Hi guys. Any tips on getting into Aviation consulting specifically at entry level? I started my av career just as pandemic emerged and had to walk straight back out the door which sucked. Now things are picking up again, do you have any tips?

Hey! I actually just landed a dream consulting role with a firm that specialises in aviation!! 😝 Background was in modern languages but had almost 2 years work experience as an junior analyst with a major airline and smaller boutique av consultancies. I would just say do your research and let your passion for the topic shine through!

Currently A at KPMG (<2 YOE) with high certainty of promotion to SA in Sept. Enjoy working with my team, great WLB, and strong network for someone at my level. Current base = 75k with promotion bringing it to 92k minimum.

I have two offers at ~105k base, 15k signing for C and SA roles at other B4 which is a ~50% raise from current base but ~10-15% raise from SA base. Is it worth it to hop this early in my career or should I stick it out for a while to build more experience?

I’m confident that the SWE career isn’t for me — not as an IC or as a manager. I want to be doing more high-level business/product strategy work and eventually manage people.

I’ve been doing a 20% project as a PM and have discussed ladder transfer with my current L6 PM Manager and a GPM. Need the promo first.
