Standard Chartered Hi 🐟, I have got an offer from standard chartered with 30% hike . My current is 20lpa. I am confused if this offer is good to accept ? But I don’t see scb agrees for more than 30% at the same time I could see market is booming and offering hefty packages . Please advise .

I joined LTI month ago and this will be my first salary.
Just wanted to understand that when do we get salary slip mail or from where can I access salary slip?
As I haven't received any mail and in ssc portal it is saying I can access April month slip after 30th April.
In TCS we used to get salary slip mail before the night of the salary day.
Any help would be appreciated.

If salary is the only concern u can stay at Wipro..but remember that they might not give u hikes in the next 2 cycles to compensate and then again u will be on square one

Atleast in the new org you'll start with the promised salary and have a natural/worthy MSI
