How much hike i can expect .
I got a call from a recruiter and I said my expected CTC is 14 lpa, she said according to the current market, they can provide max 30-40% hike
How much I can expect according to the current trend .

Location : almost remote always (as i requested)
Package : 17lpa +2v + 1joining bonus

Feeling like lowballed by hr.
Though i had counter offer of 17.3 (15.7 fixed)

2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? When you receive multiple offers. Will you accept offer and then send email that you are not going to join that firm. Or when you receive the offer then only you will reject it by saying you have better role in other company and will not be joining you.

I underwent 6 rounds of interview at Goldman Sachs and my last round happened almost a month ago.

I received positive verbal feedback and the recruiter said she’ll get back to me with an offer after internal discussions.

Has been a month now and everytime I ring her up, she says she needs some more time to get internal alignment on my offer (2-4 weeks).

What is the recruiter upto here? Has anyone else faced this with GS?
