If I apply for a Visitor Visa as a working person, Visa agent told me that I need a letter from Wipro stating that I will be off during xx to yy days (zz week).

That letter needs to be issued on Wipro letter head/ PDF in email for leaves approval. Will Wipro provide me such letter? Who can provide such letter (HR/L1/PMO/ someone else)?

I have an offer with a company and joining is 27th of Jun. I got offer from JP Morgan on 20th and they have given joining 4th of July. I am planning to join in JP Morgan. If left my previous offer, i will have only JP Morgan. Will I have any risk to keep JP Morgan offer alone? Once we get offer from JP Morgan, is ther any chance of cancel the offer? I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical.
