Deloitte USI Hi Guys

Does anybody know about deloitte USI's bright beginning program. My maternity leave is about end this month. I have heard we can get extended 6 months of WFH through bright beginning program (Temporary RTO waiver & Flexible Work arrangement) , for this we need approval from manager.
Please let me know if anyone has idea about it or have availed it. It will be really helpful for me.

People who think PwC AC Bangalore and PwC AC Kolkata are same (including recruitment process, salary structure, projects, benefits, work culture etc) are too damn high. For the last time, they are not same at all, both are two different entities.

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about compensation structure at Allspring, or any opinions on the culture there. I would be in Charlotte.

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
