Im not sure if its seen as a good thing in our tech industry. Now im gravitating towards product management or consulting roles that involves interacting with clients directly. How do i achieve that from my current position. If it has to be earned through experience or can i join any course/certifications ? Kindly guide me.

I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon.
