Hi folks I got a call from a UBS recruiter for one of the jobs I had applied for Pune location. Unfortunately, the call got disconnected due to poor network at my end. And she did not call back.
The call was from this generic UBS HR number +65 64958000. I only caught the first name of that recruiter - Pooja/Puja.
Could someone let me know how to get back in touch with them? (I tried searching on LinkedIn but could not find the recruiter)

McKinsey & Company I had a second round of interview with McK 1 week back but no one got back to me yet.
I only received a link to login to McK website where the status my job application shows “In Progress”.
I am not sure whether it takes so much time for McK to respond after the second round. Is anybody aware of this?

Tech Mahindra!? Lmao, when you applied at such companies (TM, EPAM, etc) you shouldn't be surprised!
Okay thing is I’m interested in automation testing but the interview purely on cloud and manual testing so I’m not sure if the role is what I’m looking for , but when I asked the HR he said don’t worry they will have automation as well
You'll know it is a scam if they ask you for money...
Hmm, it definitely sounds a little weird, but I don't know that it's necessarily a scam. What's the company? And how did you find out about this role?
Tech mahindra , got a call and the mail they also sent a mail for background verification
Dealt with tech Mahindra before, they’ll do anything to get the contract and lie to your face.. be aware,
I have 2 plus years exp as a delivery manager for a Startup of micro mobility scooter’s ability to stay off the sidewalks. Very high tech new device. Did great but due to the pandemic the micro mobility industry has lost steam so the startup is folding
I live in California and here its state law that your background check is after you get a offer of employment.
It’s really weird in my case, they said they need to do background verification and after I said I’m done completing verification form , they’re saying there will be a second round now🤣
Please don't send any personal info. why do they need to do background check without offer
One of my friends is working in tech mahindra and same process was followed to him as well, and also this HR guy’s username was found in his org so I’m sure it’s not fake but what confuses me is why do they do verification first and then go for second round
Ask your recruiter what the acronym AEM testing stands for. Terms may vary between organizations and sometimes in organizations, and make sure you know who the company is and what relationship the recruiter has with the company.
Yeaaa not sure if it involves automation testing when asked he said there will be
From a websearch:
AEM testing refers to the verification process that ensures an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-powered website or application operates effectively and aligns with the business and end-users’ requirements. Here are the key aspects of AEM testing:
Functional Testing: This type of testing checks the platform’s functionality. It ensures that features, components, and interactions work as expected. Functional tests cover scenarios such as content creation, navigation, forms, and user interactions.
Automated Testing for UI: AEM provides a framework for automating tests for your AEM UI. Using this framework, you can write and run UI tests directly in a web browser. The framework uses Hobbes.js, a JavaScript testing library, to create and execute UI tests.
Performance Testing: Evaluating the AEM platform’s performance is crucial. Performance tests assess how well AEM handles various loads, including concurrent users, content publishing, and caching. It ensures that the system performs optimally under different conditions.
Integration Testing: Verifying AEM’s integration with other systems (such as databases, APIs, and third-party services) is essential. Integration tests ensure seamless communication between AEM and external components.
In summary, AEM testing encompasses functionality checks, performance evaluations, and integration verifications to maintain a robust and secure AEM deployment.
HR should definitely define the process, role and culture. Sounds like they missed the mark, even if it was just a 1st interview.
Your average HR person doesn't have a clue. HR people are not functional people or technical people. Unfortunately, they are usually the first step in the process.
