Hi, I began working at a digital marketing agency at the beginning of Q4 in 2021 while I was finishing up my B.S. degree. I was hired in at $15/h FT. Since then, I received a $1 pay increase at the beginning of the year, and since then I have graduated, developed my skills, learned new areas of digital marketing, and taken on more responsibility.
