CTS - 30 LPA (including 1.5L variable) - office time unknown, depends on project. Most likely US based proj.
TCS - 34 LPA (including 4L performance bonus) - 5 day WFO. Most probably UK based project.

Yoe - 10
Tech - Azure, Databricks

Joining date falls on same day for both the companies.

Which company looks good currently. Insights would be helpful.

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

In the offer letter the "Provident Fund" And "gratuity" Is mentioned. In the salary calculation in hand, we will not consider these amounts right? As these components are received when someone retires..right? .. Please confirm.
