Hi I have an offer with PwC Strategy& UK (Manager role). However, my offer letter does not mention Strategy& at all. It says the role is with PwC. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, can anyone share salary ranges for Strategy& UK (manager and senior manager levels) please?

Coming from a creatives agency and wanting to go Brand side, how can I talk about analyzing data when I don’t really work or evaluate much data at all at my current role? There’s brand metrics and campaign reporting but that’s never really led by us/me. So I’m having a hard time answering interview questions related to measuring data / how I’ve used data.

I had HR discussion today where I asked for 60 percent hike. HR said they need to check with business if they can approve this hike. She said she will come back to me post discussions with business. My question is if they do not approve of the asked amount will the HR come back stating what is the best that they can offer? Or they would simply reject my profile. What salary can one expect for a Senior Consultant role (3 years experience) at EY London? Coming in from NYC if that has any impact.

Currently in the US but interviewing for a UK-based firm and role. The comp level they are throwing around is £250k TC. Is this reasonable for a Director-level role with 12 YOE?

My comparator would be wait 18-24mo to become a consulting partner - in the US that starts at $450k/£325k.

For the purposes of this question, assume I’m optimizing for initial comp, not long term potential, and not livability, Intl experience, WLB, CoL etc.
