I have received my performance rating for this year and my manager has recommended my name for promotion. However, I am interviewing with another company and about to receive an offer letter with 50% hike on my current CTC of 12LPA.

Should I wait to get my updated compensation letter or accept the new offer letter and forget about the hike percentage at Coforge?

Also, What is the average hike percentage at Coforge if getting promoted with X rating?

Just got out of one of my final round interviews. It’s been over 8 weeks of prep. Got a little nervous and may have messed up on the case, PEI went okay. Have the other later this week. Trying to focus on that but difficult knowing how this performance would impact the outcome. Has this happened to anyone and they ended up getting offers? Searching for success stories or tips.
