Hi , I recently cleared the EPAM interview for the Senior Software Engineer - Pardot role and am considering making the switch from Salesforce. Currently, I work as a Technical Support Engineer at Salesforce, but my main reason for leaving such a reputed company is to transition into a development role.
However, I’ve been hearing concerns about job security at EPAM, and I’m unsure if this would be the right move. Would it be a good idea to proceed with this switch? I’d appreciate any advice .

Been on the job hunt for the past 3 months. Applied to 200+. Interviewed with 15 companies (big tech + mid sized) but failing at either hiring manager round or ghosted after onsite. I’ve spent hours everyday applying, researching companies and prepping for interviews, watching videos, reading books, but just can’t seem to close the deal. Any advice how to get out of this situation?
