Is paying for an AWS cert yourself worth it? (specifically Solutions Architect Professional)

My current company uses GCP so they won’t pay for it. I’ve used AWS my entire career.

Should I quit the big 4? I feel like I am not meant for this job. I am shy and introverted. I like to take things slow and take my time thinking. Meanwhile everyone I work with is a go-getter and more on the extroverted side. I also feel easily overwhelmed and feel down if I make mistakes. Should i stay in audit and work on improving myself to be more extroverted and be a go-getter or should I just quit?
