How long were you in your first agency job before you were able to discuss career progression with your manager or got offered a promotion? Did you ask for it? Did it just happen based on your track record?
I have a decade of previous experience doing my job in another industry and have been achieving great results this year, so in preperation for contract negotiation would love to hear what your experience has been like asking male managers for a promotion.
Is it worth to move to a Value Engineering and GTM role in a product based company from Deals Strategy and Value creation role in a Big 4? In the last one year, I only learnt Power Bi and Alteryx but no functional or domain knowledge. Offshore setup doesn't allow us to get full idea about what's happening in the front end.

Should I quit the big 4? I feel like I am not meant for this job. I am shy and introverted. I like to take things slow and take my time thinking. Meanwhile everyone I work with is a go-getter and more on the extroverted side. I also feel easily overwhelmed and feel down if I make mistakes. Should i stay in audit and work on improving myself to be more extroverted and be a go-getter or should I just quit?
Switched over from PwC audit to FAAS last August (A2 to S1). WLB has been great but feeling career development has taken a big hit. Admin heavy and not challenging work. Don’t feel like I have been given an opportunity from the start start. Advice is welcomed : exit opps, who to talk with , etc.
