I am from Capgemini Engineering(Altran). It was Altran earlier, later on acquired by the Capgemini and rebranded as the Capgemini Engineering. Now, I have different different salary slips for last 3 months. One from Altran and 2 from Capgemini directly.
I have recently submitted documents with deloitte. I have another offer too but they have not asked anything related to this.
Should I inform Deloitte recruiter or not about this ? or it will work normally.

Anyone recently hired at Big 4 - are there still signing bonuses and referral bonuses? If so, what firm and how much?

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Hi All! Looking for some advice. I am a manager a country club but I do everything. I’m in charge of outside events and member events, in charge of the front of house staff, scheduling, ordering and membership sales for the club. I feel I am very underpaid at $45k. I do get commission but it’s very low ($10k give or take for the year). I work 6/7 days a week sometimes 10+ hrs/day. I’ve been researching salaries to be able to negotiate higher pay. I want to ask for $60k-is this reasonable?

Lets us discuss why Indian companies expects/forces/ us to work more than 9 hours but in timesheet we have to fill 8.
Managers schedule meeting after office hours and expects us to be available always.

Sorry to say this but I have seen only Indians who work extra hours. What's even funny is that the upper management laugh at foreigners who work exactly 8hours.
