Wow, that's a lot of changing you've done! I've never been in that position, but I can imagine how draining it must be. If you feel like you've outgrown the situation, would you considering moving on? It's no fun being unhappy at a job but also feeling like there's no room to grow.
Thanks ! I have definitely felt like moving on. The main doubts I have right now are : Is the grass really greener elsewhere? Would I still progress and grow as much in another company? I feel like even though BNP doesn't pay they make you progress well if you are motivated. Also I've worked for people who inspired me and helped me develop myself to the professional I am today. I realize that it's very rare to have a manager so engaged (thus the question of : am I making a mistake to want to leave keeps coming to mind).
If your current employer isn't willing to meet your needs it's time to start looking for a new job. Plenty of great opportunities out there and you don't have to settle for something that's not right for you.
