Hi, looking for some advice here. I've managed to have quite some promotions in the last few years. The pain point : salary Vs my role are really not aligned. Also I've reached the point where no higher career jump is possible without changing countries. I've already done that once and I know the personal cost was high (starting your life over from scratch). I feel like I don't want to go through that again especially not for the jobs they are offering. Have you ever been in this situation? Thx

For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?

Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency. I’ve brought this up a few times and was told HR would do research into salary equity, but the convo always fades. How much actual court experience should a junior litigator expect to get in the first year? I've been my firm 6 months as a civil litigator not and have yet to go to a hearing.
