VP is our post MBA level. Then svp, then director, then md. Directors are the ones leading project teams. Best way to describe the svp role is the transition between vp and director. You might be managing a vp or might just be given a workstream to handle on your own. So it doesn’t map cleanly to something like EM/PL at mbb or big 4, especially with our relatively smaller and more experienced teams with no analysts to manage.
Principal could be svp or director depending on relevant experience for the role if I had to guess. Comp will be competitive regardless of title though.
AP1, AP2 - Another recruiter reached out for a director role. Do you mind sharing or DMing comp range so that can discuss with an informed/researched perspective. TIA.
Accenture I was referred by my friend for Data Scientist - Analyst position on Nov. 16th. I applied and went ahead with filling the EAF form as it was available. I have not attended any interviews so far and the status of my application is "candidature on hold". What does this mean?
😂 same, plus another recent post, they must be on a streak

Got it. Thank you. Does Director map to a principal at MBB roughly from a leveling and comp perspective?

SVP maps to EM at McK, PL at BCG, Sr Mgr at Bain.
