I'm looking for a role in SAP FiCo as a fresher entry level. I am a certified SAP FICO end-user. Iam kindly asking you to guide me, what a fresher should do. Cause there's no opening. Even if I apply to 1 or 2 there is no response. Everyone is asking for experience, as a fresher where am I supposed to go. So i kindly ask you guys to guide me or refer me. Right now my focus is to learn and grow my knowledge in sap fico and build a strong foundation.

Does anyone here have any insight on the day-to-day for an Analytical Lead? Position description seems pretty vague.

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

It is a phenomenon observed when a candidate frequently jumps job in order to have a market correction to his salary.
Say person A got settled in his job for 5 years and his current salary is 7lpa..He joined at 4 lpa.
Now for his experience, he can be paid upto 30 lpa for the role.
So after switching for 13 lpa.. He keeps job hopping from 13-19 and 19-28 within a year where he finally feels he is paid adequately.

overall 13 yrs experience in bfs+tech - 5 yrs as business analyst, 5 yrs as bfs domain consultant, 3 yrs as project/ product manager - current TC is 200k (165 base + 35k bonus) - need advice on 1. honest view if am I underpaid? if yes what should be appropriate range i should be standing at based on experience 2.
