I worked as an AS at 2 agencies in LA and one in NYC and made 100-110. I’ve heard of many companies trying to reset the salaries to lower and offering 90-95 but think with experience and living in an expensive city you should have 100 as your floor. In my experience there’s usually wiggle room
Thank you!! I live in the LA area so cost of living is very high. The range that they gave me doesn’t even keep up with inflation, so you think if I ask $100-110k is fair?
i was at $85k in ‘21…i’d also assume the salary band would’ve increased, but have a lot of friends who are currently at the AS level who are experiencing the same…got decent salaries as AEs but only a small increase at the next level 🤦🏼♀️
Not LA, but I make 90 in NYC which is similar COL
Same
As an AE I make almost 80k
Just a heads up that Publicis Health agencies are notorious for being underpaid. Generally healthcare agencies pay more, but not at Publicis.
Thanks everyone. I appreciate it.
I was making $92K as a supe in LA in 2021-22
Ok. Thanks. The range is low to mid 80s. It’s not the going market rate.
Low 80’s for experience and in that area I’m very low.
$100-110K as an account supervisor at a major agency in a large market
As an AS I’m making 96K but I know that the market range varies between 100-120K. 80 is TOO LOW and you’ll be so underpaid.
It would probably range from $100 to $110 in LA. Ranges can be inconsistent because it mostly depends on your qualifications like years of experience and certifications/education, career background and even the size of the company.
I make ~90k as an Account Sup in Chicago, so yeah that feels low for your COL.
My salary is also not superb for my COL, but it was a massive jump from being a massively underpaid AE (low 60s) so I didn’t complain lol.
