Hi fish, After completing the HR round in Cognizant, how long it will take to release the offer? If CTS will not able to provide my expected CTC then will they negotiate or reject my candidature?

After my Interview round now after 2 months received a mail from EY GDS HR to share a few documents on mail.
Does this mean I got selected or something else?

I have 1 job offer that is an hour away and pays 45k, after negotiations (Research Associate Position at a University) .

I just spoke with a software architect that went back to school to learn software engineering after law school because it was more lucrative and had less hours. He’s worked his way up and has the skills and authority to work 6:30am-10am and gets to work remotely. We discussed that results/outputs is better than billable time like in law and public accounting.
