Any tips on leaving a firm “correctly”? Was about to go “of counsel” with my firm of 6 years, but then another firm whose partners I really respect (and personally like) offered me a partnership position. 1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

What’s the standard pay for a Sr Data Analyst?

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
