How many of you are actually concerned about taking vacation PTO bc of utilization?

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

Hello, I am looking to make a career change that starts at a minimum 75K salary. The economy is tough right now and I can no longer afford to stay in my current role. Help me understand something fundamental about altcoins. For those coins that serve as defi projects with real-world use cases, why do they need to be tradable, and why do they have a fluctuating market value?
