Should I leave my company? Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times. We hit quote every month/q/year by a lot. I have several offers at double my OTE. Already asked what the timeline is for a new manager and I was told soon and I'm "up for consideration." Young professional with 3 years of retail banking experience, 1 year of claims experience, and now roughly 6 months into insurance sales. Between selling in retail banking environment and every month of insurance sales regularly pacing 200% or over to goal. I’m thinking of applying for a sales role at Salesforce, but there are so many roles that meet my experience. I don’t want to apply for a bunch of positions, and no one is replying to me for a conversation on LinkedIn. Would anyone here be willing to give me some advice/guidance?

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.
