I’d just say it’s the workplace culture. Your therapist is your business
Workplace culture is a good enough answer to not burn any bridges. It’s a small world, you never know who you may run into in 5-10 years.
OP, it might be semantics, but I hope you’re not quitting just because your therapist told you so. Your therapist can help lead you to that conclusion through your discussions, but a therapist is there to guide you, not make your decisions. Ultimately it’s YOUR decision, so when asked why you’re leaving, you tell them you’ve come to the conclusion that the workplace is toxic and ______ <fill in remaining answer here>. I’d make sure to get that right in your mind though. It’s your decision, no one else’s
