I am currently interviewing at TikTok for the Content Partnerships Lead role. Can anyone share some insight into the salary bands in the Sub-Saharan African market? Should I benchmark with the global rates?
Any tips and experiences interviewing in this region are also welcome - and highly appreciated! :)

I have had several rounds of interviews for a role at Visa London office. When I reached out to the HR to check on progress/status after what they called the "final round", they said everything is positive and then set up another round with the hiring manager last week. TBH, that round seemed as if they want to make sure I have understood the job well. And there has been radio silence after that. Any idea how to read this? I have another offer and deliberating if i should just accept that.

I am working in capgemini and my visa is also ready for Germany. But i am thinking of refusing it since my father is critically ill. I would love to go onsite once he is healthy, it was always my dream. Does JPMC gave onsite opportunities? Maybe after few years ?

Personally, I'm still in the phase of learning all the things that I didn't know were "a thing." Career coaching? Didn't know that was a thing. Donor advised funds? Didn't know that was a thing. So I guess if anyone has anything they learned that is like, first-gens should really know about this, then that would be super helpful.
