Does your brand use the Oxford comma?
After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

Feel like it’s damn hard to find roles in strategy/business that pay 165/175 base for pre-manager consultants
Why not stay at your MBB firm and make even more?
Not sure. But makes you wonder how common is it to maintain that salary when you leave the firm.
What's your base rn?
It’s okay man, we all lie
Glad someone brought this up. Until you get to next level, you’re probably looking at similar total comp, and a base of 140-160 depending on location. The difference will be made up in equity or other incentives, especially if you’re working in tech. Hope this helps.
Think it’s pretty much expected you’ll get a comp increase in industry
You have to target tech/pharma/oil or teams led by ex-MBB who know how much you get paid.
