How do folks here find an additional gear when working through the night. I’m up at 7 am ish and find that I’m exhausted come 7pm…

Is it me or do some of these diets sound like eating disorders? I do IF to help not snack before bed, but then there’s OMAD, AFD (alternate day fasting) etc. it just sounds as sophisticated starvation

I got out of my water drinking habit and finding it hard to build back up to 100oz + per day. I don’t like the fact I’ve added in drinks with fake sweeteners to get more fluid intake. What do you all drink to supplement water that is better than some artificially flavored and/or colored beverage? I feel nothing exists and I just need to get back to my water habit. Maybe any good water bottles that help you drink more?

Got the second moderna shot yesterday around 5pm est. All day, my body is in such pain, I am crying as I can’t get comfortable, and i have a fever. Took Tylenol but only helps moderately. Feels like the flu with the body pains. Grateful to get it but this feels awful rn. 37 female 🐠

I and my boyfriend have been dating over a year now. Our relationship in general is pretty smooth and sweet. The only problem is he has not come out to his parents yet. It was not an issue before the pandemic thing since we were just living in the city, being in our own bubble. But Covid happened and he moved back to stay with his dad. Since he is not out, he can’t pick up the phone call whenever I call him, he can’t tell his parents he is dating someone in the city. Cont.

I work out pretty late (9-10pm), and always take a protein shake afterwards before bed. Should I just leave for the next morning if Im looking to lose weight? (Im already taking flavourless protein to minimize carbs and calories)

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes.
