How do I handle my angry wife???

Will be getting a 12 week old puppy this weekend. Have been doing a lot of research on how to manage separation anxiety, but curious to see if anyone has any concrete tips (that worked for your pup)?

My family/friends ask me for store discounts all the time. It's really uncomfortable to say no, but I have to. Any tips on how to handle these conversations?

Question: Girl friends parents finally came over for a ristha. Everything went great or so I thought but now she wants to time to think about moving forward. Working my way up the corporate ladder. I have so many thoughts on leadership and want to initiate changes in the departments I work with. But at this level it's so difficult. Ppl are so resistant to change.

My key learning thus far in my career: Noone gives a shit about your ideas unless you're a head honcho. Real change is brought about from a position of authority.

The value is now over 400K and I have an equity of over 150K. We are thinking of moving to a different state.Should we rent this place ($2400/month) and with recent refinance my mortgage will be $1600/month(inclu pay all) or sell it to pull out equity for the new home in a different state? I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? I married my gf 2 years back after a long relationship, and having disagreement from both of our parents, finally they agreed even though she is from another part of the country and from a different cast.
