I got one of those fidget spinners at the airport, it actually made me stressed out to try to figure it out. Don't get one OP

Get a therapist.
Exercise daily
Take three very deep breaths every time you feel that way

1. Read- your mind can only hold one thought at a time (while having them) and 2. Treat your underlying anxiety (therapist and lifestyle changes). Panic attacks tend to happen once your anxiety has reached a critical point. I once went two years without one

Block out the outside world as much as possible. Get away from people and noises if you can, maybe even lean against a corner of the room for stability. Focus on deep and full breaths and clear your mind by counting those breaths. A therapist could help you learn more specific ones that would work for you as well. Good luck 💕

Close your eyes and inhale for 10, then exhale for 10. Repeat, till you are focusing just on breathing. How bad are your panic attacks?

Mindfulness mediation has really helped me a lot. Try the Mediation Podcast or the Breethe app for guided meditations. I didn't like Headspace, but it may work for you. My panic attacks usually occur about a week after a stressful event, so making sure I manage my stress before it can manifest into a panic attack has been key. If I'm in the middle of a panic attack, deep breathing exercises help the most. Exercise does not help since my heart rate is already elevated.

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

I tried so hard today to finish all my errands and read and even worked out. And I'm taking medication and keeping my diet healthy. But today I realized I don't have anyone to talk to anymore when this image of me hanging keep popping up in my head. I couldn't even tell my psychiatrist. I'm searching for places that can handle my weight. I even cried full on which has not been happening since I started taking medication for depression. Is this anxiety?
