I got one of those fidget spinners at the airport, it actually made me stressed out to try to figure it out. Don't get one OP
Get a therapist.
Exercise daily
Take three very deep breaths every time you feel that way
1. Read- your mind can only hold one thought at a time (while having them) and 2. Treat your underlying anxiety (therapist and lifestyle changes). Panic attacks tend to happen once your anxiety has reached a critical point. I once went two years without one

Sleeping enough and exercising helps with the mental state a lot as well
Block out the outside world as much as possible. Get away from people and noises if you can, maybe even lean against a corner of the room for stability. Focus on deep and full breaths and clear your mind by counting those breaths. A therapist could help you learn more specific ones that would work for you as well. Good luck 💕

I have a fidget spinner - as derp as it sounds when I spin it for a bit it keeps me calm
Close your eyes and inhale for 10, then exhale for 10. Repeat, till you are focusing just on breathing. How bad are your panic attacks?
I like meditation and yoga.
Drink
Mindfulness mediation has really helped me a lot. Try the Mediation Podcast or the Breethe app for guided meditations. I didn't like Headspace, but it may work for you. My panic attacks usually occur about a week after a stressful event, so making sure I manage my stress before it can manifest into a panic attack has been key. If I'm in the middle of a panic attack, deep breathing exercises help the most. Exercise does not help since my heart rate is already elevated.
