How do people find the platforms like Linkedin, Indeed, Reeds, efinanciers etc during their job search?

4YOE CA, MBA in a few weeks and dropping applications since March along Finance/Consulting/Investment places with little success.

Either:

- I'm aiming out of my league (target £65-75k)

- I'm doing it wrong i.e. need to buff up CV, Cover letter more

- I'm looking in the wrong places

- The platforms are completly bollock and I need to do more through networking etc

Any thoughts?

Hi All, I have completed my technical interview on 6th Dec,2022 and received mail from HR on 7th Dec to upload documents on ibegin portal my status is changed to evaluated yesterday. I still haven't received any mail from HR regarding the HR interview or any further steps. What does this mean? Can I consider that I have chances or am I rejected?

If an otherwise good interview the interviewer says: “I think you have great experience that will help you wherever you go”. Should I be reading into this?

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.
