How do you all deal with feeling down when you watch your peers hit milestones that you've always wanted to achieve for yourself? For some weird reason, I tend to take it personally when it's a non-black friend who hit the milestone. It makes me get in my feelings and think just feel really stuck and unable to see my dreams any longer. Would love some help on tackling this in a better, healthier way. My fiancé moved abroad for med school. Long distance is hard but I love my job, the work, the people, and the culture. I wish there were roles where you could work abroad.
