Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

Status challenges. My centurion card gives it as a perk
You gotta do some Alt Travel. International travel and first class purchased seats help a ton! Also, after a few years of rollover miles, you pretty much can stay at those high levels
Some firms pay full fare refundable business, you get status a lot faster that way
I fly to Europe/Asia/Westcoast for flex travel and vacations throughout the year
I’m sorry.....can we please revisit the consultant above with a Centurion card. What kind of consulting do you do and are you hiring?
D1- lol. I obtained it when I had my own business. Never gave it up after selling
They’re probably flying other places, too
Long distance. Was traveling to Cali from east coast weekly (non direct 😔) and made diamond. Flip side a precious year was traveling weekly to Indiana and scraped by to Gold. Also Atlanta is a hub, meaning perhaps a majority are going through* not to* ATL, and those segments add up
Makes sense. Thanks all. I just wasn’t sure if I was missing some super secret consulting perk
P1- for leadership or all consultants?!
For everyone, unless you are flying for an internal thing (recruiting, training etc)
Yet it seems like every single person on my flight has platinum. Am I missing something?
Platinum challenge?
Platinum challenge is how I got status last year. So I don’t think I can do it again
AA offered me a platinum challenge in January. I made it on 1 business trip to Europe. Delta does the same. They also do targeted offers toward year end
NYC>ATL is a short flight - one roundtrip flight out to the West Coast is several times that as an example, hence why it takes you so long to get status
Top status peeps have usually some international business class segments in the mix
