Be grateful and run with it, that is if they are interested in your growth and development. Quite an interesting approach, but if it works take it!
Now if what you meant to say is that they are NOT interested, find someone who is willing to take you on or another company that is willing to invest in you.
So you mean the manager isn’t interested in your growth??
Seems like it is a good thing if he is……..
Well if you write your work papers like that…
Grow and develop yourself from your own effort and perseverance. But your manager have to support you for your career advancement if you wish to move forward someday.
I think what you mean is that he is NOT interested with your growth and development? If that is the case, detach yourself from them. Nurture yourself.
Well, that's a little sad. Maybe that is just the way they are. Are they indifferent to everyone or just you in particular?
Short answer is: you don't. Don't even pay them any attention. If it gets too much, leave. It is not worth your mental health.
You probably meant to say "not" interested in your growth. Well, if that's the case, just do it yourself. I know their support is really helpful but if you can do it without them, then go for it.
If my manager is not interested, then I will rely on my own strength. Sure she can help me advance in my career. But I can do it too on my own.
