JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Honestly, the best option is to leave. They usually are unwilling to change. You can communicate directly with them about how it's affecting you, but if it doesn't work, it might be time to look for something else.
You have to leave. You can’t change them
I watched something that said to come at the person with curiosity rather than judgment. Why are they doing what they are doing?
If this doesn’t work, then you should leave. It is near impossible to change others especially when they are your manager
Honestly even the skip managers also support these kind of toxic managers. No use of trying to change or adjust than quit and find a manager who will fight and support you in your organization.

I left. I probably should have just quit but I was at the end of my rope and I just shutdown and let them fire me. In hindsight, it was not the best version of me but I was working 80 hours a week and had started taking meds for my anxiety that my manager was causing.

I hope you are in a better place now!
Honestly I have never been able to do anything to change a toxic manager. I have always ended up looking for a new role and leaving the company. A bad manager can make your experience really awful at a company.

That is so out of line for a manager to say. I’m glad you left the toxic team
