How do you find home health agency or case management position that pays per hour and not per visit ? Or finding a company has actually has clients. Alot of them I've seen promise a flood of clients, but you end up not being able to pay bills.

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid."
