How do you guys do reporter intro interviews on zoom? I’ve only staffed calls up until now where it’s less awkward to just lurk. Do you just turn off your camera and let them chat?

Any tips for how to stand out when submitting resumes online to an F50? I have started sending my resume to in-house jobs and it’s hard to even get a response from most listings. I have tried being targeted (e.g., applying to in-house M&A roles and not just any in-house role) and adjusting my resume for particular listings (e.g., highlighting experiences of interest to the company).
