How do you like to respond when people feel the need to point out spelling or grammatical mistakes in something you posted? My first impulse is to be snarky about it but I know that’s not appropriate haha

I am one of those people who like to correct mistakes. I am sorry!

I'm curious, what is your motivation when you do it? Is it to be helpful?

I usually just politely thank them for catching the mistake and then fix it.

I do double check everything I post since I'm representing the company. Things should look professional. In my private life where I leave typos all over the place, I just ignore people with a red pen glued to their hand. If they understood what I wrote then I communicated it just fine.

An example might include launching a new product from conception through form writing, rating, filing, programming, training, and implementation, or the transfer of products from an acquisitions writing company to ours.
