Is capital one a good place to consider being a product manager? I’m desperately trying to exit a toxic work environment and I’m evaluating a capital one offer versus one from a rental app startup . Salary is super close for both but want to make sure I don’t run to the wrong company in an attempt to escape my current one Capital One

Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

No one cares about that. You’ll be fine. Eventually you’ll just update your resume to say 2020-2021, and make it look like a full year anyway.

You always can explain 1 short stop if you have multiple longer stops.
Follow up question, is 9 months even considered “short?”
Have done 9 months at an agency before. can always explain that you had a big opportunity you couldn’t miss out on, etc
i had no trouble finding great leads despite the fact that i had only been in my current role for less than 6 mos when i started my search! (and now i’m about to start a terrific new job in a couple weeks—so those leads really did work out!) as long as you’re willing to frame your decision to leave your current position as positively & as focused on the new opportunity as possible, i have no doubt you can succeed out there in the current job market. wishing you luck!!
I got poached at 9 months so I think you’ll be okay!
Agreed with some of the other comments, a short stay at one place is no big deal and wouldn’t sway me. If you’ve left multiple agencies after 8-9 months, that could become a red flag, but it doesn’t sound like that’s the case for you. Most people in hiring positions understand that sometimes a gig may just not have worked out and you need to move on (I’ve been there). The “stick it out for a year” mentality is a thing of the past.
I quit one after 6. Just I interviewed for 2 this week and have plenty of freelance to ride me over. As long as it’s not habitual you’ll be fine
