how does the oracle cloud inv 2022 exam compare to previous years? is it harder?

With so many VC firms coming up have you considered pivoting into the VC space? Wondering if the pay is good as compared to consulting. For context, I am a M making $170k base in the South East.

Should I instead focus on becoming a LP? Are these investor fund VCs worth the investment?

Current consultant (boutique) with offers at a large ride sharing company (starts with a U) for Strategy/BizOps and a public company in their data consulting division. Obviously different areas, but the U role is seriously lacking in comp. Anyone else take/consider much lower total comp (~30% lower) to go to strategy/biz ops?

Please help. I’ve moved up the ranks pretty quickly at the company I work for to become a Principal SE. My manager thinks the best next step for me is to move into management and leadership and has started pushing me to apply for an engineering manager role. They say that I will be a good fit because of my strong technical background paired with the leadership and people skills I display currently.

I’m torn because I do love being an IC but I’m interested in leadership also. What do I do?

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. I doubt they can release offer in just 2 days if all good, having said that tomorrow is holiday.
Ques- should I tell after 2 days I have to join one of organization. Or can I tell, still I am with current organisation and serving np, probably 60 days left and wait for their offer..
