Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.
Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

The test is hard because no one knows what you need to pass. I hear there are 3 versions of the exam and you could get an easy, medium or difficult. Depending on the version will determine what you need to pass. I recommend if you can afford Project Management academy in person or the virtual classes. They provide great information. They recommend taking as many practice exams as you can to get used to the types of questions. There is a book by a Rita on Amazon that is a great training resource. Good luck!

Why? I feel it’s more opportunity on the account side as far as getting promoted quickly. You’re already an SAE next will be account sup. After a year you can easily become an AD. PM roles take longer to get promoted. It’s slimmer roles the higher up you go.
The poster didn't say anything about wanting to be promoted. How about they are interested in being a project manager and not on the account side. Promotions aren't the b all end all, some people actually want to do the work they are interested in.
The test itself is not that hard, but the incredible amount of content you are being tested on means you have to be prepared to cover everything. It’s almost “smart” in terms that it adjusts the questions according to how you’re doing, to a certain extent. The content is also always changing ( e.g. more and more on Agile). There are tons of very helpful reddit threads on the test itself I would follow.
