Did this a year ago. It’s actually really valuable to have audit experience so leverage that if you can. The approach is different so understand how advisory has more freedom than audit.
Not hard - I did it and everything including learning the guidance is easy. Common sense. Especially if you have a CPA.
Not difficult at all.
The basic technical skills are transferable. The only part to learn is how to go deeper in Advisory as against Audit. Also, getting information out of clients is a skill that needs to be learnt. In Audit, usually what you need from client is straight forward and therefore both you and clients are comfortable - Advisory is more dynamic.

It's not hard, you'll be fine. It's all about risk appetite and reasonable assurance.
