My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?

What I do is treat everything as a learning opportunity. Plus, it’s not going to be horrible forever. They’re speed bumps on your way to learning a new part of your job, or being able to help someone who isn’t familiar with it. Yes, sometimes it gets to me, but it’s mainly when I’m in training. It feels to me like I’m not catching on quickly enough. I reassure myself that I’m just starting to learn the new position and process, and that takes time. Just keep swimming!
I try to stay positive and focus on the big picture. Whenever I hit a setback, I remind myself that it's a learning opportunity and that I can use it to become better at my job. To stay motivated and to keep my mental health in check, I make sure to take regular breaks throughout the day and to focus on self-care.
When I face a work-related setback or obstacle, I try to take a step back and assess the situation objectively. I remind myself that setbacks are a normal part of the work process and that it's okay to make mistakes. I focus on the things I can control and find creative solutions to the problem. For example, when I was working on a project that was taking longer than expected, I broke the project down into smaller, more manageable tasks to make it easier to complete.
When I feel I’m knocked off balance the first thing I have to do is get my perspective in check, usually putting some distance between myself and the issue spending time on a hobby or talking to friends. I try to remember what I’m grateful for. If you check around and see what else is out there sometimes you realize that where you are can be better than you thought. Perspective is everything. Focus on the things you can control.
